Coyote Creek Locations was built in the beautiful town of Agua Dulce, California, which is in-between both the Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys. 

Agua Dulce has already been established as a historical place with the famous Vasquez Rocks located in town. This beautiful country town is known to be a hot spot for studio filming and photo shoots across California. 

Coyote Creek serves as a rustic style property but can be dressed in any form it may need to be in order to serve filming, events, or photo shoots. This beautiful 3-acre property has a barn, tree house, clubhouse, putting green, kid's playground and more. Things may be moved for filming if absolutely needed but we ask that they get put back in their original spot once completed. 

The greater majority, and bottom half of the Coyote Creek acreage is all ground level, but once you get beyond the bridge and passed the clubhouse in the back, there is a hill that reaches to the top and levels back out. Once on top of the hill customers can get a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and mountain ranges. This is a perfect place for directors or photographers to take in the land and strategize how they are going to work the space they have to create within. 

There is enough space on Coyote Creek to accommodate for 50 parked cars and over 100 people. There are access points and enough land to have any kind of video or sound equipment that may be needed for filming concerts, movies, commercials, parties and more. The property does come with a 200 amp service, but anything beyond 200 amps needs to be accommodated for by our customers.
